after a black screen (in the emulator). I click OK, and it reverts back to as if I had simply opened the emulator by running the exe file. The file works fine if I click file>open, and open it from there. Is there a script for this? If so please link to it. If not does anyone know how I can fix this?Attempt to open file failed.

Re: Script for Project 64?
Hi,
you do not need a script. Simply use parameter %ROM% and activate "escape path". But..... Project64 can only used in this way with unpacked roms or zipped roms. 7z does not work. So either ZIP your roms or activate the unzip option in ECC.

Re: Script for Project 64?
These are the setting I have been using while getting this error. All of my roms are unpacked, and I am not using the automatically unpack zip/7zip files setting.
Re: Script for Project 64?
For me it works with zipped files :
with Project64 : %ROM% and filename only
with 1964 : -g%ROM% and escape path
with Project64 : %ROM% and filename only
with 1964 : -g%ROM% and escape path

Hi,
Project64 1.61 work like a charm
but the same configuration crashes 1.70 (Kernel-Crash!)
Any Ideas?

Re: Script for Project 64?
Hi Morkai,
It seems there are many (beta) versions of Project64 v1.7, and there is not yet a public release!.
If the "kernel" crashes...there is nothing ECC could do because we don't have v1.7 at the moment and we don't know the (new?) menusystems etc...
Better is to wait for the v1.7 final or public release to come around or use the latest v1.61
Maybe you can report your "commandline" problem to the P64 team so they can attempt to fix it (or maybe you have a corrupt rom?).
Ps. if you really want to use a script for your version to load roms from the menu system, please feel free to look for examples in the ecc-script folder, it should not be hard to adjust one...
