Hi Micha,

just found another "BUG" / problem.

When ecc2 is parsing the roms, it will try to add additional TOSEC-Informations (meta infos).

But those files cause errors :
Asteroids (1982)(Arcadia)[multipart].prg

ecc2 thinks it found a modified dump  :
[m] ultipart

Note from TOSEC Naming Convention :

The variants are:
[m] - Modified (general hack)
[m Modification] - Modification added

So, ecc2 have to look , if there is a "space" between m and the rest....
example :
Asteroids (1982)(Arcadia)[multipart].prg = this is not a modified dump

Nibblers Two! (1983)(Computer Games)[m basic - line 200 added].prg = this dump is modified

same problem with this file :
Amidar (1983)(Janke, F.)[8k][use memory-settings block 1,5].prg
ecc2 think it is an = "under dump" file

but under dump files are allways : (without any descriptions).

TOSEC Naming Convention :
The variants are:
- Under Dump (not enough data dumped)

can you fix this ?

Fine, thank you

just another problem.....
Parsing DosBox - Games [zip] don't work correctly, yet....
I get diff./wrong CRC32 as when parsing with eCC1.

Think you haven't looked to this 'cause of low priority atm, right ?

Another Bug :

"open ROM folder" don't work.

Maybe it is because the file is zipped or are there problems with the "[]" in the path-name ?

EDIT:
no... zip and [] is not the problem.....works here :

It looks like that the space in path is the problem...

And yes, parsing platforms like DOSBOX, MAME etc. does not work and gives different results. I'm looking for a good solution.

Micha

EDIT: Fixed (the open folder problem)
